Shipping & Returns

Here you should be able to find out any information about our shipping process. We offer free shipping on orders over $60.

Usually products ship within 4 days (however due to covid 19 it is taking our workers longer to process orders, and delivery partners are also experiencing delays). Orders ships via FedEx smartpost and USPS Monday to Friday, orders will not be shipped during the weekend.

A tracking number will be sent out to the email you provide during purchase. You can use that number to track your package at FedEx.com.

Within 60 days of your purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied, please return your unused product in its original packaging and we will refund the purchase price.

Yes, the blocks are coated with a clear water based acrylic paint. It is non-toxic and kid friendly. Successfully having passed all relevant tests including; the EU Toy Safety EN-71, the food sanitation act of Japan.
